Control the lights with your brain waves using the Muse headband

We coded the lights in a way where if the headband read the brain waves at a higher meditative state, the LED's on the strip would start shutting one by one and vice versa.  External stimuli - My ambient music

But why the introspective study?

The space around us is a mystical land to live in. My ability to visualize images and spaces while meandering in the realm of music transcends me to a place beyond words.

The questions that led me
How do I make others feel what I feel?
How do I engage and immerse them in the space that I see?

How did it start?

- MrSuicideSheep has uploaded a new soundtrack -

MrSuicideSheep - The anonymous artist that introduced me to Ambient music 8 years ago and has me hooked on to it ever since.
This whole study translated to my curiosity of understanding the question of Why and the willingness to articulate that feeling to the people around me.

The two empowering elements of the sound that trigger mood changes are Binaural beats and the complementing Engaging Visuals

Loop Effect

But why the same song over and over again? Just like how we get a little high from having food, it's the same for music.

Experiences

An introspective study of how my body sense of sight and sound reacts to the music

Sight - When I close my eyes and focus, apart from the actual blurred visions I see through my eyelids, I also see far away thoughts of images and places I feel peace at.

Closed eye hallucinations - When our mind is working on something, it creates fluctuations in energy and creates vibrations called Visual Noise. These could be a reason for we see constantly vibrating particles.

Sound - Though the music gradually fades and the heartbeats get louder, the one thing that catches my attention and complete focus is this far away distant sound in the music which is mostly just a complementing beat in the background but will manage to grasp my complete heart towards it.

Vision

Digital concept

Create a digital immersive website that showcase illustrative visuals and moving elements with Binaural beats to enhance experience

Physical concept

Prototype a space with lights and Binaural beats and give them an incentive to meditate through an interactive challenge. Control the light with your brain waves using an EEG device. The higher the focus level, the dimmer the light gets.
